Press Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Thai Summit America is offering a competitive hourly rate for this role. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience and discussed with the recruiter.

$30.00/hr – $36.00/hr

3rd Shift

Maintain machine/equipment in optimal working conditions to minimize and eliminate downtime. Perform emergency repairs of machine/equipment during production, as well as install, remove, or modify production equipment. Complete any work assignments directed by management.

• Perform emergency repairs of machine and equipment during production.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) on machine/equipment.
• Work on new machine/equipment.
• Provide support in supplying quality parts for customers.
• Support problem‑solving teams.
• Coordinate with Production Engineering.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance.
• Coordinate with Production.
• Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Undergo training on new types of equipment used for production and maintenance.
• Train production, maintenance, and engineering associates on equipment.
• Mentor Maintenance Trainees in department processes.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience covering full range of operations: electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine maintenance.
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical principles, systems, troubleshooting, and repair (robotics, PLC, assisted automation, mechanical handling systems, maintenance, and repair).
