We are seeking a dependable and motivated

Machine/Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery and/or presses, monitoring equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and efficiently according to established specifications.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position that is well suited for someone who is reliable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

• · Operate production machines, presses, and related manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• · Load and unload materials and components into machinery.
• · Monitor equipment during operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
• · Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements.
• · Follow work instructions, production specifications, and established procedures.
• · Perform basic measurements and quality checks using gauges, calipers, or other inspection equipment as required.
• · Identify defective products, machine issues, or quality concerns and notify the appropriate supervisor.
• · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• · Perform basic machine maintenance and housekeeping as assigned.
• · Maintain consistent production rates while meeting quality standards.
• · Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• · Work effectively with team members and communicate production or equipment concerns.
• · Perform other general manufacturing duties as assigned.

• · Previous manufacturing, machine operating, press operating, or production experience .
• · Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn how to operate manufacturing equipment.
• · Ability to read and follow basic work instructions.
• · Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• · Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as required.
• · Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• · Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• · Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• · Must be willing to follow all safety procedures and production standards.
• · Previous experience operating presses, CNC equipment, stamping equipment, or other industrial machinery.
• · Experience using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges.
• · Previous automotive or industrial manufacturing experience.
• · Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.

• · Position may require standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
• · Must be comfortable working around operating machinery and wearing required personal protective equipment.
• · Overtime may be required based on production needs.
