RN Nurse, Emergency Medicine
Registered Nurse RN position that supports the Trinity Health Brighton Emergency Department (ED).
This is a full‑time, benefits‑eligible role scheduled 24 hours per week: a 12‑hour shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM with a weekend and holiday rotation.

Description- Supports the Trinity Health Brighton Emergency Department (ED), which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to care for minor and life‑threatening and traumatic medical and surgical problems.
- Staffed with board‑certified or board‑eligible emergency physicians.
- Under limited supervision, assess patients, including developing, evaluating, and modifying the care plan.
- Interpret and perform complex patient‑care procedures specific to your expertise.
- Collaborate as a member of the Care Team and Support Team, accountable for patient outcomes identified in the pathway/plan of care.
- Assume responsibility and accountability for the care given to a group of patients for a designated time frame.
- Provide care through therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/technology, and other healthcare team members, according to established standards.
- Serve patients of all age groups (infant through older adults).
- Current Michigan Nursing License.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Effective January 1, 2013 all new hires must have a BSN degree or must agree in writing to obtain their BSN within five (5) years from date of hire.
