Position OverviewCertified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) work alongside caregivers to provide daily nursing care and services tailored to each resident’s plan of care. CNAs offer companionship, compassion, and encouragement while ensuring residents’ comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transportation (activities of daily living)
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition, making independent decisions when necessary
- Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well‑being
- Provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
- Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred
