Base pay range
$19.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Position SummaryAs an Exterior Services Technician - DOT Operator at Walmart, you will oversee landscape projects and maintain grounds year‑round. Duties include mowing, trimming, pruning, and collaborating with a dedicated team.
Minimum Qualifications- Minimum age 21 years
- Valid state‑issued driver’s license
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI convictions or reckless driving incidents within the last 3 years
- Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification
- Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas
- Operate specialized equipment and vehicles to complete tasks
- Work alongside associates to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance
- Adhere to safety, security, and integrity protocols and comply with corporate policies
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades
