OverviewRally House is a specialty retail store that carries all things local. We’re looking for passionate, part‑time team members eager to share their love for their city or favorite professional sports teams.
As a Sales Associate you’ll be the face of the brand: welcoming customers, helping them find team gear, and turning casual shoppers into lifelong fans. You’ll also support daily operations, merchandising, and store upkeep.
Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with guests, members of management, and store associates.
- Maintain company standards for merchandising presentation.
- Generate sales, add‑on opportunities, and develop relationships with guests.
- Prioritize customer service and ensure guests remain the top priority.
- Accurately handle cash and ringing transactions.
- Work under moderate supervision.
- Communicate clearly and confidently.
- Detail oriented, enthusiastic attitude.
- Basic functional skills for using digital devices and online applications.
- Growth mindset, outgoing personality.
- Able to stand, walk, talk, hear, and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Hourly: $14.00 – $16.00
