• Building and leading a high‑performance team of plumbers
• Training, mentoring, and guiding current plumbers and new technicians
• Selling plumbing work on current jobs and new business
• Developing strategy for growing our plumbing business in this market
• Communicating to and training other departments on our plumbing offering and its importance

• Master Plumber License with relevant experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both externally in the community and internally with teammates
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
