Key Responsibilities:

• Leading, Guiding, and Growing our Plumbing Division — Experience as a Master Plumber
• Building and leading a high-performance team of plumbers
• Training, mentoring, and guiding current plumbers and new technicians
• Selling plumbing work on current jobs and new business
• Developing strategy for growing our plumbing business in this market
• Communicating to and training other departments on our plumbing offering and its importance

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

• Master Plumber License with experience to go with it
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both external in the community and internal with teammates
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
