CD Okemos 10, LLC (dba Mugg&Bopps) is seeking an experienced, dependable Seasonal Snow Plow Operator to help keep our properties safe and accessible throughout the winter. This position performs snow plowing, salting, and hand shoveling while working safely around customers, vehicles, buildings, and fueling equipment.

Plow snow from parking lots, driveways, entrances, and other designated areas.

Apply salt and other ice-control materials to driving and walking surfaces.

Shovel snow around curbs, fuel islands, sidewalks, doorways, and areas inaccessible to plowing equipment.

Operate snow plow trucks, front-end loaders, and Bobcat/skid-steer equipment safely and efficiently.

Place snow in designated areas while keeping entrances, customer access, and visibility clear.

Use caution around fuel pumps, vehicles, curbs, signs, landscaping, and other property features.

Inspect equipment before and after use and promptly report damage, maintenance needs, or unsafe conditions.

Monitor assigned areas for snow accumulation, drifting, and icy conditions.

Communicate with the supervisor about site conditions, completed work, and additional service needs.

Follow company safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.

Previous snow plowing experience.

Ability to safely operate a front-end loader or Bobcat/skid-steer.

Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable for operating company vehicles.

Availability to work daytime and overnight hours as weather conditions require.

Dependable attendance and the ability to respond promptly to winter weather events.

Ability to work independently, follow directions, and communicate effectively.

Sound judgment when operating equipment near customers, traffic, and fueling areas.

Work outdoors in snow, ice, freezing temperatures, wind, and low-light conditions.

Perform repeated shoveling, walking, bending, lifting, and climbing into and out of equipment.

Safely handle snow removal tools and ice-control materials.

Remain attentive during extended equipment operation and changing weather conditions.

Essential duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Hours vary according to weather and property needs. Employees must be flexible and prepared for early morning starts, daytime work, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation to report for assigned shifts is required.
