Job Description:

Snow removal is unpredictable and hard work, and we are looking for dedicated team members who are ready to tackle winter challenges with us! At Turf Masters, we need individuals who are alert, proactive, and prepared to jump into action when snow and ice hit.

We pride ourselves on having the best equipment to make removing snow and ice from sidewalks and driveways efficient and effective. While we rely on hand shovels for detailed work like stairs and in front of garages, our advanced ride-on and stand-on equipment takes care of the heavy lifting.

• Snowrators
• Sidewalk Tractors
• Snow Blowers
• Hand Shovels

• Clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, and other designated areas using shovels and snow blowers.
• Apply Ice Melt to surfaces as needed to ensure safety and accessibility.
• Load and unload equipment safely from trucks and trailers.
• Operate ride-on ground application equipment and other tools efficiently.
• Safely transport equipment using a truck and trailer.

• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and operational control.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Experience operating ride-on ground application equipment and other tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a truck and trailer.
