Senior Associate Recruiter – Vaco Accounting and Finance
This range is provided by Vaco by Highspring. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Responsibilities- The AP Specialist will process a high volume of invoices per week.
- Process ACH and wire transfers.
- Full cycle AP.
- The AP Specialist will handle purchase orders.
- Assist with month end close process, bank reconciliations.
- Resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile vendor accounts.
- Familiarity with Excel pivots/VLOOKUPs.
- Experience with ERP software.
- A few years of AP experience.
