This role manages vendor payments, reconciliations, credit card accounts, and a small AP team while driving process improvements and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, is highly organized, and brings strong Quick Books and AP leadership experience.

$90,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Manage high-volume weekly payments (400+ per week) and vendor invoicing
• Oversee 40+ credit card accounts, expense reconciliation, and reporting
• Lead and support 3 AP team members (international team structure)
• Process domestic and international payments, including wire transfers
• Maintain AP systems across Quick Books, banking portals, and vendor platforms
• Oversee purchase orders, billing workflows, and vendor communication
• Review and reconcile bank accounts, vendor balances, and outstanding items
• Track overdue balances and prioritize payment schedules
• Develop SOPs and support AP automation and process improvements
• Partner with the Controller and Finance leadership on reporting, performance metrics, and cash flow visibility

• 2–3+ years of experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or similar role
• Background in high-volume AP environments (400+ weekly payments)
• Experience reconciling multiple credit card and bank accounts
• Supervisory experience or direct report oversight
• Strong organizational skills; ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
• Comfort handling diverse responsibilities and shifting priorities
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills

• Experience in eCommerce, telecom, construction, logistics, automotive, or manufacturing
• Experience automating AP processes or implementing new systems
• Strong understanding of vendor management and PO workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000
