At Advanced Behavioral Therapy we provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the autism spectrum in Ohio and New Jersey, offering services in homes and schools. Join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician and help make a meaningful difference.

Base pay range: $24.00/hr – $30.00/hr actual pay depends on experience and skills.

In‑Home, Community, Daycare, and School

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check

• Experience working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
• Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
