Job Title: Head of Tik Tok Growth & Social Commerce
Reports To: Director of eCommerce
Location: Remote with onsite requirement in Howell, NJ once per week or every two weeks.
Job Type: Full-time | 9 AM – 5 PM

Role SummaryWe’re looking for a Head of Tik Tok Growth & Social Commerce to lead and monetize our Tik Tok presence. This role combines creative strategy with performance-driven execution—building a creator‑led ecosystem that drives both brand awareness and sales growth. You’ll lead Tik Tok operations end-to-end, from influencer partnerships and content production to live shopping and analytics.
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute a full-funnel Tik Tok growth strategy focused on engagement and conversions.
- Build and scale a high-performing creator and influencer network.
- Launch and manage a scalable Tik Tok internship program producing 500+ videos/month.
- Oversee Tik Tok Shop performance, including listings, campaigns, and live commerce events.
- Lead analytics and reporting on ROI, engagement, and creator performance.
- Stay ahead of Tik Tok trends, integrating 4+ new trends monthly into strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, and Analytics teams.
- Experienced in creator marketing, influencer programs, or DTC brand growth.
- Deep understanding of Tik Tok trends, culture, and monetization strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with proven ability to scale performance campaigns.
- Strong communicator who builds trust with creators and internal teams.
- Hands‑on, innovative, and thrives in fast‑paced environments.
- Proven experience in Social eCommerce sales, especially Tik Tok Shop and live commerce.
- Skilled in full-funnel Tik Tok strategy (awareness → conversion).
- Comfortable managing large GMV volumes and performance targets.
- Both architect and operator — able to scale systems or jump in hands‑on.
- Data‑obsessed, using insights to make content sell.
- Experience scaling creator programs for DTC or omnichannel brands.
