We are currently partnered with a top of the line Metal Fabricator who is looking to add a Shop Supervisor to their Team!

• Meet or exceed safety, production, quality, and inventory management targets set by management
• Set clear objectives and hold employees accountable
• Ensure that business is conducted with the highest standards of quality and integrity
• Act as liaison between Senior Management and subordinate levels to inform personnel of communications, decisions, and policies
• Participates in Safety
• Supervise the production operators as they shear, bend, and load rebar to customer specifications
• Ensure and facilitate the training of new employees

• Minimum 2 years experience as supervisor, preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in rebar shop operations, preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate up, down, and across the business
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office programs - Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point
• Knowledge of quality standards/procedures
• Continuous Improvement experience, preferred
