The pay range per hour is $24.75 - $42.05. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, such as labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. All About Specialty SalesA team of specialized consultants who understand what it means to meet our guests where they are at and deliver for them through strong operations, incredible guest experience and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.
Teams in Apparel and Accessories (A&A), Home, Baby, Beauty and Electronics prioritize guest experience while blending completion of tasks that ensure product is available and easy to shop – pulling, filling, pricing, setting, staging and maintaining the sales floor and the backroom.
Key Skills & Experience- Guest service fundamentals and experience; building a guest first culture on your team
- Retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotion strategies
- Planning department(s) daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver sales goals
- Leading multiple businesses balancing team member expertise and effectively leading teams in each department
- Leading a team of hourly team members; including skills in interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes guest service experience.
- Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches.
- Plan daily/weekly workload and execute to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement.
- Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices with team onboarding and learning.
- With direct leader guidance develop, coach, and lead a team of consultants.
- Assign daily tasks to team members based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns.
- Encourage team to use department tools to provide personalized recommendations.
- Partner with third‑party vendors to ensure brand standards and merchandising are met.
- Support the team's execution of changes and updates to merchandise sets.
- Create inspiring visual moments and ensure product is organized, signed correctly, and merchandised.
- Support backroom processes and replenishment to ensure product is available.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding processes.
- Lead team in ensuring fitting rooms are welcoming, clean and safe.
- Establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable.
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
- Lead and demonstrate a safety culture with safe behaviors, hazard correction, accountability, and injury response.
- Model security processes.
- Support merchandise protection strategies.
- Follow safe and secure training if applicable.
- Address store emergency and compliance needs.
- Support guest services such as cashier, order pick‑up, and Drive‑up.
- Model a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks.
- Engage with guests in a welcoming way and help solve specific needs.
