Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a School Principal located in Liluah Howrah. The School Principal will oversee daily operations, including academics, staff management, and student development. Responsibilities include leading educational initiatives, managing curriculum standards, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines. The Principal will also collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to promote an optimal learning environment and achieve the institution’s mission.

Qualifications
Proven expertise in Curriculum Development and a strong understanding of 10+2 School educational frameworks
Exceptional skills in Educational Leadership to inspire and manage a team of educators effectively
Strong Communication skills for interaction with students, parents, faculty, and the broader community
Experience in Education administration and a deep passion for fostering academic excellence
Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field preferred
Demonstrated ability to coordinate programs that promote holistic learning, leadership, and community involvement
Proficiency in leveraging educational technology and innovation to enhance learning
Commitment to diversity and inclusion in a multicultural educational setting
