Description:

Our travel center located in Truck World Mall in Hubbard, OH is currently looking for a Shower Attendant to join our team. The individual who fills this role will have the opportunity to help Truck World provide excellent customer service to the public.
Position

Required:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in shower facilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Available to work week day, weekends, holidays and rotating shifts as needed.
• Must be 18 years old or older.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide assistance as needed
• Clean and sanitize shower facilities regularly
• Restock supplies as needed
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all customers
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Light janitorial duties
