• Conduct tax interviews with clients in person and via virtual tools (video, phone, chat, email)
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration
• Grow your tax expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
• Effective communication skills in person, via phone, and in writing
• Must meet all IRS and applicable state requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• Previous experience in a customer‑service or retail environment
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment
• Availability for a minimum of 25–35 hours per week during tax season and up to 40 hours during peak weeks
