Marketing Assistant

Tailored Events is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our growing promotions and events team in Dayton. If you’re creative, people-focused, and excited about hands‑on marketing experience, this role is a great fit.

You’ll play an active part in event promotions, brand awareness, and customer engagement — all while learning real marketing skills in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

• Assist with event marketing campaigns and on‑site promotions
• Help prepare displays, materials, and branding for local events
• Engage with customers to share product information and generate interest
• Gather feedback and insights to support marketing efforts
• Work closely with the team to execute daily and weekly goals

• 18+ and able to commute to Dayton, OH
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Comfortable interacting with the public
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
• Able to start within 2–4 weeks

• Full training in marketing, promotions, and customer engagement
• Clear growth opportunities in marketing and events
