• Take precise orders for food and beverages, accurately inputting them into our POS system.
• Deliver orders promptly and accurately to the right tables, ensuring each guest's needs are met.
• Proactively anticipate guests' requirements and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Maintain tables impeccably, from setting them up to clearing them efficiently.
• Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Enhance the dining experience by recommending menu items and beverages.
• Process payments accurately and adhere to cash handling procedures diligently.
• Uphold stringent safety, sanitation, and food handling standards to ensure a hygienic environment.

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
• Exceptional communication skills and a natural flair for interacting with people.
