Training Specialist

Purpose of the Job:

As a Training specialist you shall be responsible for assessing and educating new and current employees and our opticians and customers across the given region. The training specialist is responsible for organizing & conducting seminars, class room training session and programs for the customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building strong relationship with customer and forging strong confidence

• Training of Internal Sales teams / Customer care / Fitter training.

• Training opticians through conferences / seminar

• Hospital retail training of Doctors & Optometrist

• Trouble Shooting of Nonadaptation cases

• Getting premium Zeiss products dispensed easily

Experience & Qualification

Required:

• Bachelor’s in optometry with Min 1-6 years relevant exp in products training in ophthalmic segment

• Excellent communication skills.

• Person should be willing to travel extensively.
