• Optimise and support industrial machinery applications
• Diagnose faults remotely and support customers with technical issues
• Commission and test new equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Support process and product improvements alongside engineering and production teams
• Attend customer sites periodically to service, maintain or commission machines

• Degree in Electrical / Electromechanical Engineering (or similar)
• 0-2 years' work experience
• Full clean driving license
• Strong fault‑finding skills and a natural curiosity for how machines work
• Comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work hands‑on in factory settings
• Interest in automation, control systems, PLCs, and electro‑mechanical equipment

• Broad exposure across factory, field and applications engineering
• Hands‑on experience with both legacy and modern automated machinery
• Steep technical learning curve and clear opportunity to grow
