Recovery Coordinator

Your new company You will be joining a leading charity and support service that works with individuals affected by substance misuse, helping them access the support they need to improve their wellbeing and achieve their recovery goals. The organisation works closely with healthcare providers, statutory services, and community partners to deliver effective, person-centred support. Your new role As a Recovery Coordinator, you will hold a caseload of clients and provide support throughout their recovery journey.

You will carry out assessments, develop support plans, monitor progress, and coordinate services to help individuals achieve positive outcomes. You will work closely with partner agencies, provide harm reduction advice, manage risk effectively, and support service users to engage with treatment, local resources, and community-based support networks. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience supporting vulnerable adults within substance misuse, mental health, homelessness, housing, criminal justice, or a related field.

You will have strong communication and case management skills, experience completing assessments and risk management plans, and the ability to build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
