Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's residential service supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs.
Responsibilities- Lead the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care and positive outcomes for young people.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and quality practice; promote safeguarding, stability and staff development.
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care
- Achieved at least a “Good” Ofsted rating
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, legislation and quality standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Excellent rates of pay

The successful applicant will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
