We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's residential service supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs.
Responsibilities- Day‑to‑day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance with regulations, and positive outcomes for young people.
- Lead, develop and support the staff team while promoting safeguarding, stability and quality practice.
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care.
- Achieved at least a “Good” Ofsted rating.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards).
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, legislation and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent rates of pay.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
