Change Grow Live is recruiting a Recovery Coordinator to join the Family Support and Safeguarding Team in Gedling. The role focuses on coordinating support for adults with substance misuse to improve safety and resilience while working within a multi-disciplinary safeguarding context.
You will engage with families, deliver evidence-based interventions, and contribute to child protection plans, reporting to supervision and collaborating across services. A DBS check is required.
