Reed Practice are supporting a well-respected Practice in the centre of Huddersfield in the search for an experience Business Services Accountant. Great benefits including paid overtime, flexible working and genuine career progression.
- Preparation of accounts for own portfolio of clients comprising Limited Companies/sole traders/partnerships
- Preparation of CT computations for Limited Companies
- Preparation of basic Self Assessment Tax returns
- Serve as primary contact for the portfolio clients, developing strong working relationships
- Preparation of periodic bookkeeping and management accounts
- Training and mentoring of trainee staff members
Ideal candidate:
- Practice experience essential
- Knowledge of CCH suite would be preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of Sage/Xero/QBO
- Experience of meeting regular filing deadlines
- Ability to work well within a team
- Study packages are available
- Further study options would be considered if required
