Reporting to the Management Accountant and providing support to the wider team, duties will include:

• Processing of overseas invoices and payments
• Reconciliation of multi-currency bank accounts
• Monthly stock reconciliations
• Monthly rebate calculations and reconciliation
• Accruals and prepayments
• Updating and maintaining the fixed assets
• Other ad hoc duties as required

• Must be able to work on your own initiative and not be afraid to make suggestions/improvements
• Good IT skills are essential, including Excel
• Prior use of Sage is desirable
