Operations Support Coordinator (term-time+3) – Greenhead College
Location: Huddersfield and surrounding areas
Hours: 37 hours per week (term‑time 39 weeks + two full weeks summer holidays);
FTE: 0.9231
Salary: £28,914.46 per annum (£31,324 per annum FTE)
Contract type: Permanent

ResponsibilitiesThe postholder will provide high‑level administrative and organisational support to the College Directors and ensure the smooth running of their areas of responsibility. Key duties include:
- Oversee and first‑line manage the College helpdesk where implemented
- Manage data‑management tasks and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate scheduling, travel and meeting agendas for Directors and staff
- Support college‑wide communications and prepare reports for senior leadership
- Supervise administrative staff in the Directors’ offices when applicable
- Respond promptly to stakeholder inquiries and support day‑to‑day operational needs
- Perform other duties as assigned by College leadership
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Substantial work experience within an administration role
- Exceptional organisational and coordination skills
- Strong initiative and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with administrative software and data entry
- Knowledge of college or educational settings is an advantage
- Compulsory: compliance with safe‑recruitment checks, enhanced DBS and satisfactory references
