Office Secretary
Location:
Shepley HD8
Hours:
Part Time - 25 - 32 Hours per Week
Permanent
Stafflex are working with a local business who are looking to recruit a Office Secretary on a permanent basis to join their team. We are looking for someone with experience in an administrative office-based role who can work to their own initiative and support the business in it's operational needs.
Key Duties:
- Electronic filing
- Maintaining physical documentation
- Telephone duties
- Processing business enquiries
- Data entry
- Various other administrative/secretarial duties
Key Requirements:
- Computer literacy and competency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills and detail oriented
- Friendly telephone manner
- Ability to take own initiative and investigate where needed
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Can do attitude
