Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We’re growing – carefully – and we’re looking for a brilliant Office Administrator to join us on a part time basis!

This is a part-time role for someone who genuinely loves order, detail, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you enjoy working somewhere that’s just a bit different from the industry norm – you’ll fit right in.
The roleYou’ll play a key part in supporting our delivery, technical and sales teams – keeping documents organised, systems updated, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
You’ll be:
- Providing general admin support across the business
- Preparing and uploading digital documents (accreditations, certifications, portals)
- Confident using cloud-based software
- Handling confidential information professionally
- Keeping our digital filing spotless (yes, we mean spotless). Attention to detail isn’t optional here – it’s essential.
- Self-motivated and happy working on your own initiative
- Comfortable in a small, close-knit team
- Logical, organised and naturally thorough
- Strong with digital systems (Google Workspace essential, Hub Spot / Xero a bonus)
- Nice to have: bookkeeping experience (Xero a plus)
- Confident communicating with different people across the business
- Calm, practical and quietly efficient

Hours of Work- Part‑time position (approximately 30 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 15:00
- We’re open to discussing some flexibility in working hours for the right candidate.
- Starting salary in the region of £12.21 – £14.62 per hour, dependent on experience
