Location: Huddersfield (Hybrid 3 days in the office)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000+ depending on experience

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the launch and development of Vue International across Germany, Poland and other territories, while continuing to support our established UK partnership portfolio.

Day to day, we are responsible for building, maintaining, and creating five‑star relationships with prospective and existing partners. We manage the recruitment and retention of independent partners to offer all our members from B2C, B2B, and Employee Benefits a fantastic variety of venues, showcasing our brilliant products and offers. With the cost of living on the rise for businesses and individuals alike, we are proud to support consumers and the hospitality industry and really make a difference.

You will be part of the Strategic Partnerships Team within Ello Group Operations, supporting the onboarding, delivery and long‑term success of our premium clients and partners. This includes a major UK mobile networks national rewards programme, a leading renewable energy provider and a wide range of employee benefits partners, as well as cinema partners across the UK and internationally.
The successful person will consistently go above and beyond to proactively identify opportunities for growth and additional revenue, from both existing clients and new prospect opportunities. They will furthermore deliver outstanding partnership services, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. Our aim is to support and foster growth for every partner.
In This Newly Created Position, You Will- Lead and nurture key client relationships through proactive communication, regular check‑ins, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term retention.
- Manage and grow relationships with new and existing Vue UK & International portfolio clients, focusing on delivering outstanding service and driving loyalty and performance.
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to design and implement initiatives that boost engagement and ultimately product uptake.
- Partner with global Vue teams to create enduring and collaborative relationships that deliver shared value.
- Leverage broad business and industry knowledge – including marketing, technical, data/insight, and operational expertise – to advise clients and deliver on day‑to‑day expectations.
- Present confidently in client meetings, sharing updates on products, performance, and market trends to inform and influence stakeholders.
- Use data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Respond promptly to client requests, coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Prepare and share performance reports and actionable feedback with senior management to drive continuous improvement.
