The Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Role:
Working from the companies head office they require an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor at Intermediate Level (3 5 years experience) with the ability to take responsibility and manage the commercial aspects of fast track interior fit-out and refurbishment projects valued from £50k to £2m. You will expected to:
Review cost plan information, agree target margins, advise on risks and develop project budgets. Analyse sub-contractor quotations and place orders.
