Senior Quantity Surveyor Construction

Location: Huddersfield (Office Based with Site Visits)

Salary: £50,000 - £75,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Pension + Holiday Entitlement

Lester Lloyd is recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established construction company specialising in the delivery of high-quality new build care home projects across the UK.

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Huddersfield. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of projects from procurement through to final account, working on a portfolio of new build care developments.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial management of multiple projects, ensuring financial performance is maximised while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and site teams.

• Managing the commercial aspects of multiple new build care home projects.
• Producing and managing monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs).
• Preparing and submitting client valuations and applications for payment.
• Assessing, pricing, and negotiating variations.
