ANPR Surveyor / Construction Project Manager
Location:
West Yorkshire
Salary:
£30,000-£35,000 per year, depending on experience, plus £3,000 car allowance

Role Overview :
An established construction management consultancy is seeking an experienced ANPR Surveyor / Construction Project Manager to join its team.
The role will focus on managing an ANPR survey programme across retail and hospitality sites throughout the UK. You will conduct site surveys to identify suitable ANPR camera locations, power sources and cable routes, before producing detailed survey reports.
The successful candidate will manage surveys from planning through to completion, liaise with stakeholders at all levels and maintain accurate project records. The role is approximately 50% UK-wide site travel and 50% office-based, with hybrid working available.
Training will be provided, although previous ANPR, CCTV, electrical or construction experience is essential.
Key Requirements:
Experience in a similar surveying or project management role
ANPR, CCTV, electrical and/or construction experience
Degree, HNC, HND or equivalent relevant qualification
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle insured for business use
CSCS card (Black, Gold or White) or relevant qualifications to obtain one
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong time management
Proactive, self-motivated approach
Good understanding of construction health & safety and CDM regulations
Responsibilities:
Conduct ANPR surveys at sites across the UK
Identify suitable camera locations
Identify power sources and potential cable routes
Map cable routes onto site plans
Plan and manage surveys from start to finish
Produce detailed survey reports
Liaise with clients, management and other stakeholders
Develop and establish project briefs
Maintain accurate project records and work folders
Ensure completed work is checked and appropriately approved
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, email and web-based systems on a daily basis
