Senior Building Surveyor
Location:
Huddersfield
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's leading multidisciplinary RIBA Chartered practices, delivering a diverse range of professional services across the commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial sectors. They are seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their Huddersfield studio and make an immediate contribution to the continued success of the team.

Duties for the role of Senior Building Surveyor include:
- Carrying out and overseeing building surveys, condition assessments and technical due diligence
- Producing detailed technical reports, specifications and schedules of works
- Investigating building defects, determining their underlying causes and proposing effective remedial measures
- Delivering professional surveying advice to clients across a varied property portfolio
- Leading refurbishment, alteration and improvement projects from initial concept through to completion
