Log work orders and follow up on any work actioned to ensure the case has been resolved by SLA’s. You will need to update the company database and complete other ad hoc administrative tasks. Multitask between different computer systems, switching between tasks seamlessly Customer focus is key to ensure they receive a positive customer journey.
