Role Summary

Customer Service Team Leader – Starting Salary: £13.25 per hour.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Team Leader at Paddy Power, you will be the welcoming host for our customers, ensuring they have an outstanding experience in our retail shops. You will engage warmly with every visitor, provide best‑in‑class service, and create a friendly atmosphere.

You will promote Paddy offers, ensuring each customer enjoys their time with us. Full training will be provided, but your attitude counts.

  • Host customers in the shop, clearly communicate answers to queries, and inform customers about latest promotions.
  • Assist customers to place bets through various channels, such as betting terminals, telephone services, and in‑shop transactions.
  • Maintain excellent shop presentation standards to create an inviting atmosphere.
  • Responsible for all operations in the absence of the Shop Manager, ensuring smooth functioning of the shop.
  • Adapt to different situations while remaining customer‑focused.
  • Fulfill social responsibility duties by adhering to established guidelines and regulations.
