• Be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless journey from order to delivery
• Accurately process and manage orders within the planning system
• Coordinate delivery schedules, negotiating suitable times with customers
• Resolve queries, complaints, and safety-critical issues quickly and professionally
• Keep systems updated to support efficient planning and operations
• Track KPIs, log additional costs, and support day-to-day admin functions
