Responsibilities

You’ll start your journey in one of our branches, providing face‑to‑face support to customers. A minimum of 12 months customer service experience. A people person – honest, genuine, caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required). Ability to quickly build relationships, provide a fantastic experience, empathise, act with care and integrity, resolve queries, give confidence, deliver on promises, and go above and beyond. A genuine teammate who collaborates closely with colleagues to ensure customers’ needs are met.

Development

We spend a minimum of 12 months in a customer service role, mastering new skills and earning valuable accreditations through our Skill Progression Framework. Once that foundation is built, we support you in exploring a broad range of career opportunities across the Group, including Digital, Operations, Fraud, Financial Planning and leadership roles.
