Activate Collision Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service Team. You will ensure repair instructions are deployed to the most suitable repairer in line with customer SLAs and that all systems are updated efficiently.
You will handle a high volume of calls daily, provide accurate updates to key stakeholders, and contribute to a market-leading customer journey while supporting SLA performance across claims.
