Salary: £24,800 - £25,500 p/a + Company-wide discretionary bonus scheme, subject to meeting targets
Hours:
37.5 Hours per Week, 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Holidays: 20 (+8 Bank Holidays) - Increasing by one day each year up to 25 days

Are you an organised administrator who enjoys providing excellent customer service and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?
Stafflex are currently recruiting on behalf of a local, friendly and supportive business for a Customer Service & Logistics Administrator. This is a varied role where no two days are the same; combining customer service, administration and logistics coordination in one package, to ensure customers receive a first-class experience from order through to delivery.

Key Duties:
Your role will primarily focus on customer service, while also supporting logistics and wider business operations.
Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Keeping customers updated on orders, deliveries and lead times.
Resolving customer queries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Supporting the coordination of deliveries with suppliers, warehouses and transport providers.
Preparing delivery documentation and maintaining accurate records.
Assisting with returns, credit notes and replacement orders.
Supporting the wider steams with a variety of administrative tasks.
Helping identify improvements to customer service and internal processes
Key Requirements:
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working with both customers and colleagues.
Previous experience in customer service / logistics / operations
Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly approach
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise a busy workload
High attention to detail
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
A proactive approach to work with strong problem-solving skills
