Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive business in Huddersfield for the position of Service Advisor. • - Basic salary up to £35,000, depending on experience
• - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm shift pattern

• - Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle issues where appropriate

• - Adhere to manufacturer service standards and requirements
• - Maintain accurate records in relevant systems
• - Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

• - Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive role
• - Strong organisational and communication skills
• - Good attitude towards work and colleagues
• - Knowledge of vehicle systems and common issues
• - Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills
• - Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently when required
