As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you'll play a key role in the design team, working on a diverse portfolio—from new‑build housing to complex high‑rise apartment developments.

• Deliver detailed technical drawings for RIBA Stages 2-6
• Manage multiple projects and oversee junior team members’ work
• Prepare planning, building control, and construction drawings
• Attend client and site meetings, offering sound technical guidance

• Strong background in high‑rise residential projects
• Experience with Design & Build Contracts
• Proficiency in AutoCAD;
  Revit knowledge a plus
• Solid understanding of construction methods and Building/Planning Regs
• A collaborative mindset with leadership potential
