This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy working on residential refurbishment, regeneration and high-rise projects across the social housing sector.

This established consultancy has been delivering professional construction services to housing associations and local authorities across the UK for over 40 years. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their design team with the addition of an Architectural Technologist.
In this role, you will produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages, supporting projects from concept through to completion. Working alongside experienced Architects and Technologists, you'll contribute to residential refurbishment, regeneration and high-rise schemes, coordinating with consultants, contractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard. The role offers hybrid working, typically three days in the office and two from home.
The ideal candidate will have experience producing technical drawings within the UK construction industry, preferably on residential refurbishment projects. AutoCAD and Revit experience are both desirable, alongside a good understanding of UK Building Regulations.
