Are you a passionate Biology Teacher who brings science to life in the classroom? A well‑resourced and inclusive secondary school in Huddersfield is seeking a full‑time Biology Teacher to join their Science department from January 2026.

Paid on the MPS or UPS scale, dependent on experience.

• Teach Biology across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available for suitable candidates)
• Work in a collaborative team with shared planning and resources
• Support practical and enquiry‑based science learning

• Deliver engaging Biology lessons that develop knowledge and scientific skills
• Use real‑world examples and investigations to promote understanding
• Monitor and support pupil progress through assessment and feedback
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through clubs or science events

• Hold QTS with a Biology or Science specialism
• Have experience teaching in a secondary school setting
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and subject knowledge
• Have the legal right to work in the UK
