Your Day-to-Day As A Special Needs Teaching Assistant Will Include:

Supporting children 1:1 and in small groups across a range of SEN needs.
Getting hands-on with fun, adapted lessons and creative learning activities.
Encouraging confidence, social skills and emotional development.
Helping maintain a safe, inclusive and joyful classroom.
Teaming up with teachers and SENCOs to help every child progress.

Have experience working with children or young people with additional needs.
Are patient, caring and full of enthusiasm.
Communicate clearly and work well with others.
Are reliable, proactive and passionate about SEND.
Understand safeguarding responsibilities.
