About the Role:

As a General ETA, you will: * ?? Support learning in the classroom - Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons. * ?? Work 1:1 or in small groups - Provide targeted support to pupils who need an extra helping hand. * ?? Promote positive behaviour - Help create a calm, inclusive and productive learning environment. * ?? Prepare learning resources - Assist with organising materials and setting up activities.

* ?? Support around school - Supervise pupils during break times, lunch, and transitions. ? What You'll Need:
* Experience working with children or young people, ideally within education.
* A Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent).
* Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE AC or equivalent).
* Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
* A flexible, positive, and proactive approach.
