Are you a caring and flexible individual with a passion for supporting children in their learning journey? Stafflex Education is recruiting Primary Educational Teaching Assistants (ETAs) to provide high-quality support across a range of primary schools in Huddersfield
.

As a Primary Support ETA
, you will:

• Support learning in the classroom - Assist teachers in delivering fun and inclusive lessons.
• Provide individual or small group support - Help children reach their full potential.
• Encourage positive behaviour - Foster a calm and engaging learning environment.
• Prepare and organise resources - Support the teacher with daily classroom activities.
• Support beyond lessons - Supervise pupils during lunch, breaks, and transitions.

• Experience working with children or young people (preferably in a school setting).
• Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
• Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE A*-C or equivalent).
• A positive,
  adaptable
  , and approachable attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
